They were great. The process was extremely stress free and everyone involved was so helpful in so many ways and so pleasant. And very reasonable prices with many different vehicles to choose from. ***update*** Absolutely something shiesty is going on and that Tim brown is no good. He is a condescending, rude bad for business CUSTOMER SERVICE representative for this company. Everything is all rainbows when trying to sell you into getting a vehicle from them, however once you do they flip the script on you. I have had the same experience as many of the reviews I am reading. They tell you to make said payment on said date then come “ Repossess” on that same date before end of business day which is illegal. Never received “notice of right to cure” from them. It is illegal in the state of South Carolina to reposes a vehicle same day the payment is due. Not only did he illegally repossess the vehicle then he states that I cannot get the car back unless I pay the payout amount. Call an attorney and take Tim Brown to court you will have a case. Not to mention the contract states the sale of a 2018 Hyundai however the vehicle I have is a 2013🤔 don’t let them get away with it. It’s not hard to get into another vehicle with an upstanding company, it’s the principle of it all and “they” need to be held accountable for it. Tim Brown is bad for your business Deal depot!! I could careless how long he’s been doing what he’s been doing, it does not give him the right to act outside of the law. He is not above the law and there are people out here will take it to the full extent to prove so. Also do a deep dive before committing to them. If you read the reviews they are on how “great” the sales experience is as that was my initial review as well but once in business with them you deal with Time Brown and he is threatening, condescending, harassing and disrespectful and not in your best interest. Report to the Better Business Bureau(BBB) keep your documents and record all conversations you have with that excuse of a man so you have proof of the scam and lies. Better yet I would highly recommend not doing business with them whatsoever trust it’s not worth the headache. Due date for payment of $544 was due on the 9th and communication for said payment to be paid on that date was left on Debra boohers(owner) voicemail as well as an email sent I have all documentation and proof and you came a “repossessed” it on the 9th at 12 pm voiding me any opportunity to give the said amount on the date of the 9th. Being in business has nothing to do with how you treat your customers. I had the money and then some and you came the day of in the middle of the day with no notice or communication. I understand there had been bad blood for whatever reason on Tim Browns end between him and I but that shouldn’t give him the freedom to act so rude and condescending and act illegally just because he’s afforded a little power. Times are hard and I have done everything with communicating with that rude man. And had I been properly notified matters could’ve been handled better. People come to you all because they are in a bind credit wise and life always has unexpected things going on, my son had to have multiple surgeries and I’m a single mother covering all expenses and all I asked for at times was a little grace. You came and took a vehicle that I was halfway through with paying for it to be paid off and did so underhandedly then claim there’s no way to get it back even though I offered $2000 to do so. Thank you for replying to my comment but let’s be honest and fair about matters. *update* Paid my car off in full! They have great quality cars but deal with them at your own risk, they have cash cars and that’s the best way to go with them.
