After a very anxious & stressful morning at one dealership that was definitely trying to push me into something WAY over my head, I left there and went to Deal Depot which is definitely where I should have gone first. Diego was super busy, as was everyone else, but he and the rest of the staff took the time to make sure I felt welcomed and seen but most of all heard! Diego listened to my wants, needs and my budget and he made sure to communicate my needs to Ms. Darla, the owner. They took their time and made sure I got the car that I wanted and made sure that it was in my price and payment range! It’s very important when someone is making a major purchase to listen and meet them where they are at and that’s exactly what Diego, Ms Darla and the team at The Deal Depot did for me today!! I felt no anxiety, stress or pressure from anyone there! So grateful for ending this week stress free and with the exact car I wanted, within my budget!! I cannot thank Diego enough for putting in the work for me as well as the rest of the team! Everyone was beyond nice and treated me like I was someone and met my needs!! Forever GRATEFUL!! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice people but……. I’ve had nothing but problems with the car since I’ve bought it. The service department wants me to pay to get it diagnosed before they can even attempt to mess with my car. I’ve been a customer for 6 months and have had nothing but trouble. I had to replace the throttle body, spark plugs, mass air flow sensor. And it’s still giving me issues. As a current customer I recommend to be extremely careful with purchasing a vehicle from here.

Isabella is by far the greatest sales woman, we had my car picked out in what felt like the first 10-20 minutes of me being there. Very quick process, amazing customer service, and a wide range of what seems to be reliable, well maintained cars. Would definitely recommend!
