If I could do 10 stars I would. My daughter (18yr) worked hard and saved to be able to buy her first car herself...no help. We had some rude encounters. Then she called here and right away Rhonda was amazing on the phone. She didn't disappoint when we met her. She took time and made my daughter feel comfortable. And told her it was a proud moment. She went above and beyond. Stayed until my daughter was signing papers. And Bryson was equally amazing..sat my daughter down and explained the process and made us comfortable. I got a 2008 black Crv honda. The air went out literally on the way home and the car pulled to the right and needed an alignment. After several calls and emails and trying to reach service over a month i got fed up and sat the car back on the lot. So I lost $1,800 I put down on the car. The car is back on the lot for sale. I feel 100% robbed of my $1,800 hard earned money
